طلب حذف بياناتك
لو تواصلت مع الفتح للسياحه عبر واتساب أو فيسبوك ماسنجر أو إنستجرام أو موقعنا، تقدر تطلب حذف بياناتك ومحادثاتك في أي وقت:
- ابعت رسالة "احذف بياناتي" على نفس المحادثة (واتساب أو ماسنجر أو إنستجرام)، أو
- كلمنا على 01050901432، أو ابعت إيميل على info@alfathtours.com، واكتب اسمك ورقم موبايلك أو اسم حسابك على فيسبوك/إنستجرام.
- هنحذف بيانات التواصل والمحادثات المرتبطة بيك خلال 30 يوم، ونبعتلك تأكيد بالحذف.
- البيانات اللي القانون بيلزمنا نحتفظ بيها (زي فواتير وعقود الحجوزات المنفذة) بتتحفظ للمدة القانونية بس، وبعدها بتتحذف.
How to request deletion of your data
If you contacted الفتح للسياحه through WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram or our website, you can ask us to delete your data and conversations at any time:
- Send the message "Delete my data" in the same conversation (WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram), or
- Call us on 01050901432 or email info@alfathtours.com with your name and your phone number or Facebook/Instagram account name.
- We delete your contact details and the conversations linked to you within 30 days and send you a confirmation.
- Records we are legally required to keep (such as invoices and contracts of completed bookings) are kept only for the legal period and then deleted.
We do not sell your data, and we use messages received through Meta platforms only to answer you and handle your booking.
